Can't log into my server still, ports forwarded, firewall setup [pics]

So I've been running my server for a couple years now and recently moved. I forwarded the ports on my router, and the firewall settings are still set up on my PC, did a port check and they're both open, but it just isn't working now. I don't get what the issue is. Anyone want to possibly take a look at it for me? Also my router here is a ZyXEL Q1000z modem/router combo. All help is appreciated, and thank you ahead of time for your efforts.

Do you have a static IP?
Go to the start menu > Search "cmd" and click. Then type "ipconfig" (without quotes). Have a look at the iP4 address? Does that match the LAN IP address?

If you don't have a static IP address, then I suggest you either get a server hosted, or get a static IP address.

 

Can you login from the same computer by using localhost? Can you connect from another computer on your LAN via 192.168.0.12?

 

I use no-ip.

Locally it shows that it's up, but gives me a connection error:
Failed to connect to the server. Failed to login: The authentication are currently down for maintenance.

explosivejesus try to join other server, If you couldn't it means that all servers are down except cracked version of minecraft servers
