Votifier doesn't work!

I have set up everything. I have followed EVERY SINGLE TUTORIAL! And still, my votifier doesn't work.
What the actual problem is-
The listener I have works like a charm. When I check my votifier connection with PlantMinecraft, it says successfully connected. However, when ANYONE votes, it doesn't give them the rewards. (Pretty much a fake vote is a command to simulate voting, via a command, to check if your rewards work without actually voting) When I do a fake vote, it gives me the EXACT rewards I configured it. But when I actually vote, it gives me nothing.

Please help me, if you need my config for anything, I will post it in pastebin.com just ask me.

 

Version of bukkit and votifier? It seems to suggest that the fake vote and real vote have been switched around.
This could also be something to do with the config, I would suggest posting that too

 

Bukkit is 1..7.8 Votifier is the latest one
