Citadel-Like plugin that doesn't requiere MySQL DB?

    Hello! I want to use Citadel for my server, but the problem is that I have 0 idea about MySQL databases, and I don't either know how to set up them, does anyone know any plugin that works like Citadel but that doesn't requiere MySQL DB?
