I cant tell what the problem is. I need more information. You can start by posting your PEX files (permissions.yml) so I can see what the problem is. Then I would be happy to help you.

Do i have to put - before the permission nodes like -essentials.warp instead of essentials.warp ???

EnderKingHD Do you have to use the mcma panel to add permissions? Why can't you just add them in-game with commands or access the file directly and add them manually yourself?

Here's what you asked for though:

The users section was at the top and groups at the bottom. That's the old style of how Pex used to do it, but not how it does it now. Not sure if it would break the file though being backwards like that, so not really a big problem I guess.

The spacing was completely off. In the users section, the group name needs to be directly under the groups: line, not indented further like it was. In the groups section, the same thing goes for permissions and inheritances; they should be directly under their section headings, not indented further.

In the users section, the group names should not be surrounded with ' marks. In the groups section, the permission nodes should not be surrounded with ' marks (except for if you were going to use * as a permission node, in which case - '*' would be correct). Group names that are under inheritance should also not be surrounded with ' marks.

The worlds: sections were not being used for world-specific permissions and because of that, they don't need to even be in there. If they were to be used though, they were also formatted completely wrong and wouldn't have worked anyway.

The - in your Co-Owner group name needed to be removed because it's a special character and could confuse the plugin. Along the same lines, the extra spaces in your Higher Than loff and Lower than angry group names needed to be removed; you can't have spaces in your group names.

Essentially, this entire file was so messed up it needed to be practically rewritten.
    Code:
    #Permissions.yml - Written by McMyAdmin v2.5.2.0
I wouldn't trust that program to write this file again. If you can't access the file to edit it directly, then I suggest you learn the pex commands to add permission nodes in-game. The main command for adding permissions is /pex group <groupname> add <permissionnode> . You will probably want to use pex group Owner add permissions.* in the console first so that you actually have permission to use pex commands in game.

Well, thanks alot, i just have 1 more question:the server is using tekkit lite wich is 1.4.7,maybe mcmadmin assumes that the pex of that version uses the file like that?

EnderKingHD I don't remember how long ago Pex switched from users at the top to users at the bottom, but even if it was for that version, the spacing on things didn't change and mcma is messing up the spacing.

And fyi, tekkit servers are considered "unofficial builds" on these forums. Craftbukkit is not involved in the tekkit mod and can't guarantee that the mod isn't changing how the Bukkit plugins work with things. Because of that, Bukkit can't really give support for servers modded that way. You'll want to post on tekkit forums for help with a tekkit modded server.
