Chat formatting plugin

I was looking around in old forums about chat formatting plugins but they all seem to not work right or not work at all.

What's the best chat formatting plugin to date?

I use, and always have used: ChatManager

 

Essentialschat, Townychat, Herochat, etc.

 

Do'ya mean ChatManager+?

I'll have a second look at EssentialsChat and TownyChat, HeroChat was annoying for me.

Is there a chat formatting plugin that has per world formatting? I have Factions and Towny on one server and using both tags at once looks horrid.

Townychat does per-world.

 

To add on, you can disable each plugin's tags.
