Spawn player entities

I making a plugin, and need to hide players within groups of other fake players. So I need to spawn randomly wandering players.

I have seen other posts where people asked to spawn player entities, where my problem is that I'm not good at using the Bukkit API, but I have lots of experience with Java.

Can someone help me achieve this (with code examples).
