SimpleVoteListener Command issues

    My friend is using 1.5.2 and the plugin SimpleVoteListener config here- https://pastebin.com/NfPEKVUE
    Whenever somebody Votes it fails to do commands and gives the error

    ERROR: You did not specify a time for the commands to dispatch. eg. 'tell %name% Its been 10 seconds since you voted!;10s

    Could anyone tell me how to fix this?

    Clear the config file and let the server generate a new one. If that doesnt work then ask me again.
