Not able to connect to server please help!

I was shutting down my server for the night, until i remembered i had to do something, so i started the server back up. Went on minecraft, and tried to connect, but it gave me this error "Failed to connect to server java.net.ConnectionException: Connection timed out: no further information: /67.189.143.200:25565".
It was working before. Please help me guys!

There were also no errors on the console so i don't know what the heck is wrong with it.
