Inactive players excuting a custom command.

    Hello I were wondering if it were any plugins which makes so that inactive players gets a command excuted for them. For example if an player hasnt been online for 20 days the plugin notice that and automatically excutes the command /rfs forgetPlayer {playername} please make an plugin like this.
