[HELP] Adding something to a kit renamed?

Hi, I am using bukkit group manager / essentials etc i am trying to add something to a kit but i don't know how to. i have got the plugin "ItemRenamer" and i renamed my diamond sword but i don't know how to add it to a kit. So i really need your help really bad on how i can add the renamed item to a kit. I know when you add something to a kit it's by the id but i don't know the id of this renamed item. I could see the id of the diamond sword witch is renamed but it's the id of the diamond sword it's self i need something or a different id to add it to the kit witch i don't know how to do. Or is there another plugin out there that does same but shows the id? I don't know i need you're help.
