All buy land/plots dead?

Im looking for a plugin which simply lets users buy regions and build on them etc. ive tried plugins
like buyland.. broken. plot manager.. broken. There must be others.. i cant seem to find any!

 

You do use WorldGuard for the plots and you have an economy plugin?

I know Simple Region Market from hearsay: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/simple-region-market/
It seems to do some things with sell regions.

I also happened to write one: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/rbuy/

rbuy is somewhat simple on the internals, but it does allow to sell WorldGuard plots. With swgt http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/safewgtool-swgt/ you would also have some nice auto-claiming add-on and torch placing features for WorldGuard and also allowing to place buy signs for rbuy right away (swgt is not so nice for inexperienced users i guess, because i could not document it too much, but the command features allow more fine grained control on buying and selling than WorldGuard allone does, also one has convenient plot-claiming and flagging support built in.)

I guess Simple Region Market is more vivid and might have more features like renting (i don't quite recall). If you need help with reaching something certain with rbuy or also swgt, best contact me on the bukkitdev pages / pm, if you need advice.
