How to disable certain commands per world?

    I have multiworld, the plugin and i have 4 worlds. The main spawn and Wild world, for the people that bought ranks can use /fly.
    I also have a Hunger games world, however those that have a rank use /fly in the hunger games and arn't blocked by the Survival games plugin and stuff so i need to disable The command /fly in that world. I use PEX, and i don't know how to do this. Please help.[diamond]

    Negate the permission.
    Ex: - perm.node - -perm.negated note.

    You can also use WorldGuard and select the whole world as a region blah blah, but OMEGA48's way is much easier.
