/call 999 plugin

    What I need is a plugin that when a player types /call 999, it sends a message to anyone in either of these groups : 'Police Chief' or 'Police', the message could display on their screens as '{PLAYERNAME} needs help!' - this is for an RPG server.

    Ooo! Me me! I could do this and it Seems perfect kind of project for a noob like myself. I'll give it a shot.

    EDIT: I will be waiting for Bukkit to update however. Sorry for any inconvenience.
