What is the best Host to go with?

I've created a developed a factions server that will most likely average 40 - 50 players. I'm not too sure how many players we will average because our main source of traffic will come through my YouTube Channel. I want enough ram for my playerbase, but I don't want to spend too much money at the moment. I would also prefer if the host had the control panel as MCByAdmin, but if it is something else, that is fine.

 

What's your budget, what location, do you need support?
