Per World Tab List?

I was looking for a plugin that would separate the tab list per world. For instance, I want worlds F, F_nether, and F_the_end to all have the same tab. I don't want it to have the same tab as worlds S, S_nether, and S_the_end. (S=Survival F=Factions) Now I know Tab deco has this option, but it's out of date. I know theres a way around this as some servers have done this. I've checked out TabAPI TabDeco and SuperTab and they all haven't worked for me at least. Anyone know any plugins that can do this? Please comment if you can help.
