/tellraw, /setblock, and /summon

So, I've been working on my server and I recently switched from vanilla to bukkit to begin preparing for a release. However, many of the command blocks on the server depends on the three commands in the title. Activating them no long shows any sign of something happening, and inputting the commands myself give me an Unknown Command Error.

Are these commands totally gone from Bukkit? Is there some easy way I can substitute all of them if they are? It's very important to me and the server that their functions and bukkit can co-exist.

By default, I believe command blocks are disabled in the server.properties file. If you didn't enable them already, then do so, and see what happens.

 

Also, the latest bukkit release (as of this point) doesn't have the new 1.7 commands.
