F64_Rx Most of the problems seem to be just at the top section.

You wrote groups: twice. Remove the second one that is on Line 2.

Lines 4, 5, and 6 need to have spaces after the colons. So it should look like default: true not default:true.

The build line on Line 5 needs to be formatted the same way as the one down on Line 165; so you need a line saying options: first and then build: needs indented 2 more spaces.

You forgot to write the permissions: line before listing all the permission nodes on Line 7.

On Line 195, capitalize the A on admin.

And finally, that error in your startup log doesn't have anything to do with Pex. It looks like something called NarrowtuxLib won't load; says it's an invalid plugin.yml.

DuoDex is there a way for when evryone joins the game there already rank A including staff but let the staff keep there ranks like mod admin and owner
