   Hello there! I'm fairly new to ProtocolLib so I was wondering if anyone could help me out with creating Particle Effects? After doing some searching around, I found that WrapperPlayServerWorldParticles is involved in it (as far as I know).
   Thanks in advance and I apologise for my lack of knowledge with ProtocolLib.

   Why aren't you using ParticleEffect (the library) for this? It works great! You can find it over here: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/lib-1-7-particleeffect-v1-3.154406/
