[1.7.3 Beta] Need a plugin that chek online users

Hello, I am running a 1.7.3 Beta miencraft server and ask some of you know the premium check is broken. I know you can fix it by modding the server and client or by making a plugin that will auto the user at official minecraft.

Goal : Before logging in, the player will be tested by the plugin for premium or not. If the player is not premium then he will be kicked. If not the allowed.

Commands : Don't need commands here ...
Permissions : Don't think there is any permissions need for that aswell.

Not possible without client/server mods to use the current auth system.

 

Is it possible to mod the client / server? I already have the client modded for that but the bukkit server is my actual problem.
