    Plugin category: MECH

    Name: Damage Invulnerability

What I want: You know how when a mob gets damaged, they turn red for half a second and become invulnerable to damage for that period of time?

I'd like to be able to alter the duration of how long they are invulnerable after taking damage. I believe I've seen this functionality in MonsterApocalypse (EDIT: Found it, in said plugin it's named "Action RPG Mode", but it only handles interactions between damage from player to monster), so I know it's possible.

It'd be preferable if the invulnerability duration was configurable based on damage type (e.g. being on fire different from being hit by a mob), and for each type of mob.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: damageinvuln.exempt - Be exempt from the changes.

When I'd like it by: Yesterday.

What you can do to bypass it is when entity gets damaged make them invulnerable (forced) for X seconds.

In simpler terms, using essentials for example:
You get hit, server does /god for you, 2 seconds later /god fires again and you are vulnerable again.

True, but in this case I would like to reduce the invulnerability duration for some types of damage (and extend for other types of damage, which then your method works).

Plugins such as MonsterApocalypse allows reducing the invulnerability duration but is strictly limited to player -> mob damage situations. I would like a plugin that configures duration for all types of damage.
