We could use a bit more info on this. Like what all you want each rank to have and such. Without that we would just give everyone everything or just Mod-Owner Worldedit, etc. So please add some info.
NZombeh How about making it yourself? It's not hard.. I myself wouldn't give a rank for people making permissions... Permissions are practically the easiest thing to do..
