I can't build or break blocks on my server !

    I have a mien craft server (bukkit) hosted by beast node , iv had it for 5 months and for some reason i can't build or break blocks , YES i'm op , i'm owner i'm in spawn out of spawn everywhere I go i can't break anything i can only replace blocks by using group manager ! these are my plugins
    PLZ HELP ASAP
