   Do I have to have a permission plugin (such as PermissionsBukkit) to manage the default commands on my server? I simply want to make a power users group that have default permissions and access to time and teleport commands that OPs usually have, but no other OP commands. How do I do this? THANKS!

   Xombiemike It would be good to use PermissionsEx, Groupmanager, or Bpermissions. So that you could do prefixes and such.
