Looking for plugin(s) that disable jumping and force 3rd person

    Well pretty much exactly what the title says.

    I'm looking for a plugin that would disable jumping, or at least make it less so that you can't jump 1 block high. I think there is a potion effect or something that does this? If so, could someone explain how i could do it?

    I'm also looking for a plugin that forces 3rd person and like a 70 FOV on players. So when they join the server they are automatically put into 3rd person view and can't change it. Is there a plugin that could do this, maybe with spout or something?

    Force 3rd person is not possible without client mods which are not supported here.
    For jump, you could simply get a plugin to apply negative high jump potion effect to players.
