Solved Command Blocks

Hi, I run a bukkit server off my computer. Today I've got a problem with command blocks. I'm OP, I don't have plugins like Worldguard that block them (only essentials and worldedit) and I'm in creative mode. Command blocks are enabled in server file. I get one, and replace a block (lets say glowstone) in my hotbar with a command block. I place the command block, it stays there for a split second before being replaced in the inventory with the block I replaced with it (so glowstone) and in the world, where I placed the block turns to glowstone. This hasn't been happening all day...help? Also, when I do /clear every block in my inventory disappears except command blocks. Please help!

 

Command blocks are a bit odd. If you put them in your inventory say in slot #1 and you move them to slot #2 they won't work. They only work in the slot you got them in from /give.
