What specifically do you not understand about it?

That's fairly disrespectful, since I've been attempting to help you for hours on end...

Then my original statement that you should either

    a) actually read over the material more, or
    b) learn the more basic aspects of java

still stands. What part on the pages that were linked do you specifically not understand? So far I have 0 evidence you even opened the page.

Can you just answer the main question rather then diverting away from the actual problem? I'm just wanting a quick fix, not a completely confusing code that i don't even understand, what i have written so far, i understand, so its not I don't know java, I don't know much. What you are providing me i don't understand very well, and am just looking for a fix.

Here are some awnsers to questions you have:

    1. Not to be rude, but YAML files are usually the best type for Bukkit, considering most people use them. Text files work fine, however, they just don't have a built-in API with Bukkit.

    2. You can't learn Bukkit if you don't know Java. You can't make a horse drink if you don't bring him to water first right?

    3. We are trying to help you, but with your small knowledge of Java and your stubbornness to use the simple suggestions we give you make it quite hard. JUST USE A YAML FILE!!! You can do that in 5 or less lines of code!!!!

    4. There are not simple "snippets" of code we can give you to parse a text file. That is why Bukkit uses YAML files.

    5. Open a link and read. That is how you learned to code Bukkit plugins anyway right?

    6. It may seem we're trying to be mean to you, but we can't just give you a small "snippet" of code when the code we need to give you is longer. Learn Java, then come back.

3 of us just did. You need to learn to pay attention to what we are saying.

Gee, another OP who doesn't want to take advice from the people he is asking help from.

So from my understanding, you want someone to spit out ready to use code? Since you're looking for a quick fix and not bothered to learn anything from the previous posts?

No one is attacking you. You are victimizing and when people are offering help you say that it's wrong and then insist their help is worthless and ask for someone else with "common sense".

Ok. I'm done replying. If anyone want's to help this guy, be warned. Also, I'm guessing he's gonna be the only one with "common sense" in this whole forum.
