Solved HeroChat Duplicate Messages

    1. Any idea what is causing this, and how do I fix it?
    2. I am able to provide obfuscated configs on demand.

    Do you have two prefixes for both PermissionsEx and GroupManager? xD

    I removed GroupManager and the problem still persists. I am attempting to redo the permissions in the server's OS, but I dont know if that will do anything.

    Fixing server permissions did not fix it. I am at my wit's end.

    I solved my problem finally. I had to remove MCore.
