   I'm looking for a plugin that makes mobs ONLY spawn from spawners. It would disable naturally spawning mobs and only lets mobs spawn from spawners. Anyone know a plugin that will let me do this?

   ok that's easy, in the 1.6.2 update they introduced gamerules to use the you just type /gamerule (the gamerule) true/false
   
   to fix your problem just type this with ALL the capitals otherwise it wont work
   
   /gamerule doMobSpawning false
