Mob follow &/or walk to certain location

Is there a way to let a mob follow a player and/or let the mob walk to a certain location? and is it possible to let a mob target another mob?

So, it didnt help me at all. When i just copy a peace of code, i dont learn ofc. but when someone sends me the code, i read it to see if i understand and if i do i put it in my code, so i did learn from it. but when i dont understand sh*t about the code, i dont use it ofc...
