Is my world falling apart?

Hello everyone, I'm a long time lurker, but first time poster, here on the bukkit forums. I'm having a strange issue with my server that I haven't had prior to downloading the 635 update... Whenever I go to run the server, it gives me an odd string of messages as the server boots up and then randomly gives me chunk errors as the server continues to run. My boot error is this:

And it occurs whenever I boot up. All of my plugins load fine after, however, I'm afraid my world might be in some way corrupted. I turned the server off for fear of my issues getting worse. Am I just stupid and doing something wrong? Also. I can log in fine to the server, but I get a string of errors seemingly randomly over time about chunk positions and whatnot. Please help me.

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit
Java 32 bit version 6 update 24
I don't believe I'm running any wrappers. Only this Craftbukkit server and a mysql database for logging

I've tried to run the server without plugins and I've still come up with the same error so I dont think they're the problem.

I'm running the following code to start the server

Sounds like possible map corruption - try Chunkster.

 

I dont think its working. That or I'm just failing epicly at getting Chunkster to work... Its not doing anything when I run my commandfor it. I tried running the command with just java instead of C:\Programs... and its not working.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe -jar Chunkster.jar C:\Users\JeremyRGilbride\asdf
