Cant get my permissions to work with commandbin

Hello. I am having a problem where I have tried to set up permissions with PermissionsEx and i cant quite get it working. I have CommandBin installed on my server as well and whenever someone uses a command that they should be able to use (say /afk as a member) it comes up saying they cant use it (Error: "[CommandBin] you do not have permission to run this command")

I have been looking for ages and i cant quite figure out whats wrong. can someone help me? Am i just missing something simple? does it even have to do with permissions?

(I have changed names to "PRIVATE")

 

When you do your permission make sure you dont use caps for example your doing - CommandBin.chunk change that to commandbin.chunk dont use caps at all!, if that doesnt work just use essentials

 

I have just tried that. hasn't fixed it.
