I am part of a network of servers connected by one hub, in which it will NOT STOP RAINING.

I've completely ran out of ideas on why it won't stop raining. I tried doing /sun and /weather clear as well as /toggledownfall off, but none of those work! It says in chat what it would normally say (/weather sun = You have set the weather to sun in world.), but it just keeps raining!

I can provide a plugin list if needed, but if there is a way to permanently disable rain, it would be greatly appreciated! I tried disabling rain, storm, and thunder in the Essentials config, but it still rains.

you will most likely need to include a plugin list as everything you have said you have done should have fixed the problem

Check your world guard config, there should be a weather section and there is an option to have always raining on set that to false.

It's already set to false. Still raining.

We're making a new hub world soon, so it isnt that big of a deal. I would still like to know how to fix this.

EDIT: It's also worth mentioning that it ONLY rains in the "world" world. In the new world I just created called "Hub", it doesn't rain.
