Help on lag with my server

Good Night

Recently, I have lag with my server.
When a player walks, and looking back, the map downloaded.
This is not a lag, more is a problem.

Anyone know how I can fix?

 

How many plugins do you have installed? That may be a problem.

That's a lot of plugins. You need atleast 4gbs of ram for that many plugins. You should also look into a plugin called ClearLagg.

 

I'm use ClearLagg.
I have 5 gb dedicated for server.

 

Otuahara Can I get a little more information if possible. Is this a server hosted locally, or via a host? If it's a dedicated box, what are the specs if you know them. Also, can you describe this 'lag' you're having a little more, I couldn't quite understand in the OP.
