Points awarded by time of contract

I'm developing a Contract plugin, and I was wondering if there is a way to reward them points depending on how long the contract took to complete? I'm using vault and MineConomy if it helps.
This could hopefully go with the automation of being assigned a contract by having the console/server itself assign you the contract, is this a possibility?
