There's just no plugin out there!! Why?!!?!

Hey everyone!
So, at the moment, i'm setting up a KIT-PVP server for my NetWork, and i can't find ANY plugin that teleports you in a random spot!
I'm looking for a plugin that you get to set the random spawn points, and then type a command and get randomly teleported.
No, not the first-player-Join spawn.. The command one!
I'm basically gonna have a button rigged with a command block so players can be teleported randomly within the arena!

And for the love of god! IF it has permission support, Make sure it WORKS!

Please help me find a plugin, i need one ASAP.

Teleporting to a random location is pretty easy. Ensuring the player survives or is not teleported to a location outside of your world border, or inside of a protected/private area is a lot more difficult. This is why you do not see many plugins like that out there.
