EssentialsChat.jar Problem/Help

My EssentialsChat.jar will not create a Essentialschat Folder like every other plugin would.
I have been looking in Essentials folder to see if essentialschat is disabled but to no positive outcome. Would love help from you all to why essentialschat.jar is not generating its folder and how to fix it. Trying to make Factions chat format work but that needs another chat plugin that leads to my problem with Essentialschat.

Information

• ServerHoster is set up for 1.6.2
• Have CraftBukkit Beta Build (1.6.2-R0.1)
• Have Essentials-Pre2.12.1.2 for CB 1.6.2-R0.1 (Using Essentials.jar and EssentialsChat.jar

I thought Essentialschat config was in the essentials folder?

They may have changed it since I used Essentials, but I believe it still works that way.

Check your Essentials config.

 

essentialschat.jar uses plugins/essentials/config.yml.
