PLEASE HELP!!! The following file couldn't pass on Parser.

Hello. I am getting the error above (The following file couldn't pass on Parser. plugins/GroupManager/worlds/world/groups.yml), and I believe it is a spacing error, but I don't know because I don't see any spacing problems. Here is my GroupManager.yml

you have a tab on line 23. remove that.
lines 58-59 permissions belong to permissions section, not inheritance section.
line 69 groups belong to inheritance section, not permissions section.
