Hosting Lagging too badly, need help.

Hello guys, I bought the 12$ package from minecrafted which has 3gb.

It says it can run 60 players VANILLA however I knew it should run a lot less since I use spigot + plugins and big world.

However the server starts lagging at 5-10 players.



I have:
Spigot


and these plugins:

I know 41 plugins but almost half of these are plugins needed for others to function such as faction , votifier, etc + 2-3 plugins that are to reduce lag



what would you recommend me to do to decrease lag and which plugins would you say that are not needed?


Also how to make sentry not attack anyone in citizens?

Spigot is not supported version of bukki. So you really need to post this question on the spigot forums. Not here.
