    Ryole: are the NPCs still in the config file?
    Hant: how many NPCs are loaded, and how many players are online when this occurs?

    Not sure then. Seems strange, as it seems to work for other people. Try redownloading 1.07e, just to be safe.

    As has been explained numerous times, this is impossible, unless you make a web database for the purpose.

    A very cool plugin:D I am going to use it but any idea of when Traders comes? My server really need traders!:D

    How much is left to do? :)
    I'm not actually fussed how long it takes (so don't rush please)
    But it would be nice for a progress report (Doesn't mean you have to stick to it)
    And if you think I'm being impatient don't bother to reply :eek:

    Not much is done at the moment... but I will be working on it tomorrow, so I guess a large chunk will be taken away then.

  17. They shouldn't be able to take damage or move. Also, we are currently working on fixing their gravity.

    When I use any of the commands it says "An internal error occured while attempting to perform this command" Is there any reason for this and anything that could fix it?

    You said there would have to be a database to pull skins from, why not use the Skindex? http://www.minecraftskins.com/ There are easily hundreds of skins there. (Just trying to be helpful)

    The database needs to have a way to get a skin per-player based on name. That website does not have this feature.

    Any chance that possibly, like the hmod version of NPC, that you could have an "Base ID" and have that draw the skin while the name can be something else? And would an SQL DB be used to pull that skin info if my prior question doesn't work?

    (To clarify, hmod version of NPC couldn't do what I asked, just saying could you use something similar to Base ID that would draw the skin info)

    No, because bukkit/minecraft does not have that functionality. All bukkit does is send the name to the client, which handles all skin processing.

    Do you have any plans to introduce a MySql database management based on the poll results?
    Or is it low priority or not at all, after guards and traders?

    It will be added, but after guards/traders yes. Perhaps SQLite, but we shall see (MySQL is a little slow).

    Well regarding MySQL, I'm not sure if you can use it from a server you are renting from a hosting provider or not, and I am bad at setting it up... I wanted to use this plugin over something like NPCX because it doesn't use MySQL, and I was going to install it tonight. Now I am worried that this will soon use MySQL and I don't know if I can use MySQL with my server from BroHoster... if it's possible I have no idea how to do it so would need help.

    Yikes...

    It will always support flatfile. The option to use a database will be added later. Don't worry :).

    Awesome, I will be trying it out tonight. Like I said, I really wanted to use NPCX since it has things like Guards and what-not already included, but the complication and use of a MySQL database deters me away. I'll try this one out tonight (since me and my friends who play on the server decided an NPC plugin would be awesome) and let you know my feedback! It looks great though.
