Why dosnt portforwarding work for my router

    I try to portforward for a minecraft server i follow every step on almost every youtube video on how to portforward for a Atnt U-Verse router but non of it works for me for some reason.I even turned off firewall.Before i got a Atnt U-Verse router i had a belkin router and its client was portforwarded and my server was working fine like any other server.I ran my server on my computer i cant pay for a server every month.Please if anyone knows what i should do or what is happening to me please explain.

    benozzy1 Could you post a screenshot of your port-forwarding work on the router?
