Capes plugin

    i am looking for a plugin that requires no client modifaction. something similar to the mccapes mod but no client mod. im not sure if this is possable but if it is my kik is xXChaosMinerXx and my skype is creeperkiller9243. thx for reading!

    It is possible, i believe it was added into one of the updates of Factions, so there is like faction capes.
