[REQ] Binding an item to respawn with

What I propose is a plugin that allows you to set a specific item to respawn with if you were to die. There are plugins that control death penalties but none of them seems to do what I'm looking for.

How it could work is this: you highlight an item in your toolbar, and type a command like /bind and it would make it so that that item doesn't drop from your inventory when you die and you keep that item when you respawn.

I hope this isn't too complicated. Kits are too generous, giving you nine slots to spawn with. Losing all items is harsh enough but sometimes is a bit too harsh depending on the items you might be losing. Having the ability to set one item to respawn with you is perfect for my server and I'm sure many other servers.

    Bjor SoulBind can do this

  5. timtower Bjor Finished!
    Features:
    • Do /bind to select your respawn item!
    • It keeps track of durability and enchaments, so don't worry! :)
    • It keeps bound items in between reloads!
    • To prevent duplication issues, blocks and food can't be bound.
    • To prevent duplication issues, the item is unbound, IF moved into off the hot-bar.
    Enjoy the plugin!

    Already exists:http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/soulbind/
It works exactly how you say: use /bind to bind the item in your hand. We also have a very easy to use permission system to set the maxium binds.
Were also working on a new big update.
