if i would spawn a npc at some random coords that is invisible then telport it 20 blocks away (behind) a player then 19 then 18 then 17 then 16 so it isn't invisible to behind a player, and check if it takes damage from the player, would it work? it should detect forcefield..or lag..

Are you trying to make a mob sort of like slenderman?

How is this related to forcefield?

It would work if you teleported the Villager right behind the player and check for damage. However, most Forcefield hacks can be configured to target players only.

Sure, it might work. It probably wouldn't work well, but go ahead.

MercilessPvP Honestly I didn't understand the forcefield part with a player and a moving npc...

Forcefield is a client hack that allows the player to instantly lock onto targets and attack them. He wants to detect that by teleporting a villager behind them to see if the player reacts instantly to attack it.

when a player is teleported tit is invisible for the people near for a few seconds unless it moves

    aren't npcs detected as players?

No, they are considered "mobs" in most if not all client hacks.

What about blocks? Disguising everyone as blocks, or is that still considered as a player?

Why would you disguise someone as a block and teleport them behind some other player just to check if they are using a Forcefield? Also, I don't know how the client "sees" a player disguised as a block. Since the disguising is done through packets the client may mistake it for an actual block... I don't know for sure.

MercilessPvP What I used in an anti-hack plugin I made (to counter entity aimbot) was to spawn an invisible bat above a player that the plugin thought to be hacking, and if the bat got killed, the player would get banned. Since bats have very small hit-boxes, there is a pretty big chance that the player was aimbotting if they killed it.

    bennie3211 and xWatermelon like this.

Right, but most aimbots can be configured to only target players.

No, i mean just making everyone blocks will that make forcefielding impossible?

I wouldn't know for sure. You should test it out yourself. However it would be quite annoying for non-hacking players to view everyone as blocks.

It would work well if it was made correctly, this is how the shotbow network with LazerTester and HighLifeTTU used to do it on there Minez server but they have probably came up with some newer better method!
