Nobody can see join/leave messages, but it shows in console.

    It's exactly as it says, nobody can see the messages when people join or leave, but it shows in console. I have another server and this does not happen. I am using MPSERV as a host.

    Here are the plugins I have installed:

    Maybe remove a plugin that may cause this?

    you run the same plugins on your other server ?
    If yes, I think you have problems with your permission.
    Remove PermissionsEx, restart your server and see what happens.
    I think one of your plugins is hiding JOIN/LEAVE massage, you have to set the permission of it.
