Need Multiverse Nether Portals Help

On the server I am a co-owner on, I want to make it so the survival world can have a nether still, so I generated the world survival, and survival_nether, but when I go through a nether portal in the world "survival" it doesn't make a nether portal in "survival_nether" so there isn't any way to get back to the survival world. I have Multiverse core, multiverse inventories, multiverse netherportals and multiverse portals installed. So currently what I did so that I could go to the nether was just made a portal in my house and a portal in the nether and then linked them using the multiverse command to link portals. But as new players join and want to go to the nether, I don't want to have to do this for every players house. So basically, how can I make it so that when you make a nether portal in the world "survival" it will take you to the nether AND make another nether portal in the nether to give you a way back.
