I am new to server creating and need help!

I am new to the whole server creating and need a little help... My little brother wants a server for him and his buddies but they want plugins... well unless i op all of them they aren't aloud to do anything. I have the following plugins:
chestshop
disguisecraft
essentials
howspawnwarp
jobs
lwc
mcmmo
orebfuscator
questioner
towny
vault
worldedit
worldguard
Can anyone help with a permission list please... Would be so thank full

You are asking for Someone to spend quite a bit of time to write you out a complete permissions file for all those plugins?

BESIDES being a tedious, time consuming project; you have not even specified what permissions system you are trying to use, or even a draft of nodes and how you would like them structured.

I highly doubt anyone will be willing to do this for free.

Spend some time playing with a default perms file and do some research, you will be a better server owner for it

You're basically asking someone to do it because someone can't "help" you on a permissions file unless you broke it. Everyone wrote there own and you can too.
