PLEASE HELP ME W/ MY SERVER

Please help, my server was working fine one day and it just... STOPPED the next. It says its Done but not even I can connect to the server when im running it. Plz help

I DID EVERYTHING! Yes, i port forwarded, yes i created a run.bat, NO i dont have pluggins yet that could damage it. My god THIS SUCKS! There is nothing wrong w/ my router either, my regular router server is fine, but my minecraft server isnt (OTHERWISE I DONT THINK I WOULD BE ABLE TO TYPE THIS RIGHT NOW)

try connecting with "localhost" and tag me with the result

 

Maybe your internal IP address changed.
Happens to me sometimes.
Sometimes I have to change the last digit of the port forward ip address.
Like a few months ago the last digit was .1 and .2 for my computer (I have dual band), and now its .3 and .5
