   Hi I need players to be able to place hoppers on my Minecraft Server so they can steal from lockette chests..
   I can't even place a hopper myself; why is this? how can I fix it?
   
   Anyone?

   In your permissions file, try adding the node:
   

   Code:

   - modifyworld.*

   That should allow them to place/break/interact with them. If that doesn't work, then please post a list of plugins, as a plugin may be interfering

   If you run the latest Lockette version, then you need extra permissions for placing hoppers next to lockette chests (see Lockette page on BukkitDev).
