   What I want: I want a plugin that gives a user a configurable amount of items every day they login - HOWEVER i would also like it to have a 7 day tier, each day they get a different/better item and when the 7 days are up it starts over again.
   
   Ideas for commands: /dl reload - Don't mind doing all config via the server
   
   Ideas for permissions: Only admins can edit
