Since 1.5 my server has been getting some horrible crafting lag. Some servers on 1.5 don't have it, but most of them that I have seen do. I was wondering is there a way I can fix this lag on my server? Or what is causing it and what must I do to get rid of it? Hope someone helps me! Thanks!
Its when they try to craft something then the item they crafted just doesnt craft. For example if they try to make a wooden door they will either throw the wood they put in the workbench or craft a wooden pressure plate etc.
i have no tested it out that much, so how many FPS (F3) do you have when your playing on your server.
80-150 it seems like I dont have the crafting lag ( im op) but all of my players have the crafting lag, i have tested it on a non-op account and got it on that. The server itselft does not lag. Come onto the server and check out so you can see for yourself. 199.187.127.140:25580
I was using craftbukkit-1.5.1-R0.1.jar but it had the lag so i changed to craftbukkit-1.5.1-R0.3.jar R3. Still has the crafting lag for me. On my account (op) I don't have the problem. I have tested it on an alt account (member rank) And it has the lag issue.
rangewonk Maybe it's plugin? paste a list and if you can with versions (/version plugin) and maybe use R0.2 R 0.3 is only dev
For me No Cheat Plus was conflicting with the new crafting. Try removing any anti cheating plugins you have temporarily to see if that fixes your problem.
